Returns and refunds

All products are made to order, and therefore all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for any resolution.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by normal use (including skateboarding)
• Incorrect sizing choices
• Packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier
• Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as each item is produced specifically per order.
